Armando Pérez

Armando is responsible for overseeing the Investment Management function. He joined Boston Financial in 1991, and has 37 years of affordable housing experience, including 31 years of LIHTC experience. Armando directs the Asset Management, Fund Management and client reporting activities for Boston Financial’s tax credit equity investments nationwide, overseeing a team of more than 110 people. He is also responsible for third-party asset management services, and for the strategic management of Boston Financial’s proprietary IT platforms. Prior to joining Boston Financial, Armando was an Asset Management Officer at the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency. Armando is a member of the Cornell Real Estate Council and has served on the board of directors of several non-profit housing and community organizations. Armando holds an MA in Regional Planning from Cornell University, a BA from Columbia University, and completed the MIT Center for Real Estate’s Minority Developers Executive Program.
