Beth has over 15 years of experience in LIHTC syndication. She is responsible for the origination, structuring and project management of affordable housing equity investments, remaining involved in all aspects of the closing process. Beth was a member of Boston Capital’s Acquisition Team from 2007 until 2020 when Boston Capital’s affordable portfolio was sold to Boston Financial. She was recruited by Boston Financial to continue her role as both an Originator and as an Account Manager (closing coordinator) for complex transactions. Prior to joining Boston Capital, Beth worked for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston. She holds a BA from Boston College in Economics and an MBA from Northeastern University.
