Emily joined Boston Financial in 2017 and has over 10 years of affordable housing experience. Emily is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and closing Impact Investments. Prior to assuming this role, she was an Account Manager responsible for underwriting and closing LIHTC equity investments. Before joining Boston Financial, Emily worked as a LIHTC Acquisitions Analyst at another Boston-based syndicator, and a Housing and Community Development Consultant for a HUD subcontractor. Emily has a BA from the University of Virginia and an MS in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas.
