Lisa Grammatikov

Lisa leads the Capital Transactions team at Boston Financial. She joined Boston Financial in 2012 and has over 19 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, including 12 years of LIHTC. Lisa is responsible for overseeing the asset disposition strategy for Boston Financial’s portfolio of multifamily properties nationwide. Prior to her current role, Lisa was a Senior Disposition Specialist, and successfully completed property level refinancing and dispositions valued at over $600 million, resulting in significant distributions to the company’s tax credit funds. Prior to joining Boston Financial, she was Vice President at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, where she structured and provided corporate level debt financings to real estate private equity firms and real estate investment trusts. Lisa holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Case Western Reserve University.
