As Co-Head of Investor Capital, Mark and his team are responsible for all investor capital raising activities. This includes the marketing, structuring, pricing and closing of multi-investor and proprietary investment funds and ensuring optimal alignment around investor capital sources and deal origination efforts. He is also a voting member of Investment Committee.
Mark has extensive affordable housing experience spanning 19 years, during which time he has served in a variety of developer and investor facing roles – including senior credit and underwriting capacities. Prior to joining Boston Financial in 2013, Mark worked for two national syndication firms where he served in credit, fund modeling, and investor relationship functions. Mark earned his MBA and BS (in Finance) from Indiana University. Mark is based out of our Louisville, KY regional office.
