Rocío leads the Asset Management team at Boston Financial. She joined Boston Financial in 2000 and brings 27 years of real estate and affordable housing experience to her role, including 24 years of affordable housing and LIHTC experience. Rocío oversees the asset management function for Boston Financial’s tax credit and preservation equity investments and third-party managed investments. Rocío has been a member of the firm’s Investment Committee since 2009. Prior to joining Boston Financial, Rocío was a Senior Asset Manager at Boston Capital (which Boston Financial acquired in 2020). Prior to Boston Capital, she served as a housing consultant and Deputy Director of Property Management at a Boston-based community development corporation (CDC). Rocío holds an MBA from Boston College and a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
