Roy joined Boston Financial in 2011 as Senior Vice President of Originations in the Equity Production Group. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing LIHTC investments. Prior to joining Boston Financial, Roy was in Equity Production at another national syndicator. He has specialized in affordable, multifamily housing for over 20 years and has invested over $3 billion in LIHTC equity. Roy earned a BS in Accounting and Finance at SUNY Albany and earned his CPA in 1993. He is based in Los Angeles and is a frequent speaker at state and national conferences.
