Sam is a Senior Vice President with Boston Financial. Prior to moving to Boston Financial, Sam served as Vice President/Assistant Director of Acquisitions in the Affordable Housing Group at Boston Capital where he spent 26 years originating and closing various affordable housing transactions. During his tenure at Boston Capital, he acquired in excess of 350 affordable housing properties throughout the United States, representing over $1.3 billion in equity provided by Boston Capital. Prior to his employment at Boston Capital, Sam was an Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate Group with Fleet Financial Group Company (Recoll Management Corporation) from 1990 to 1994. Sam holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University where he graduated with honors.
