Steve Napolitano

Steve Napolitano is responsible for sourcing and structuring tax credit equity transactions primarily in markets along the East Coast of the United States, as well as parts of the Midwest. Steve has been at Boston Financial and its predecessor companies for over 25 years. Since that time, he has closed a wide variety of transactions and has actively participated in all aspects of affordable housing investments from their underwriting through to asset management and their ultimate disposition. He has been a speaker for the Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation where he serves on their Board of Directors. He is also a member of the board of the Pennsylvania Developer’s Council. In addition, he has been a featured speaker at the Institute for Professional and Educational Development (IPED), the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition, Novogradac & Company and the University of Virginia School of Law. Steve holds a BA in Biology from Holy Cross College and an MBA from Babson College.
