Susan serves as Boston Financial’s General Counsel, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Senior Leadership. She joined Boston Financial in 2005 and has over 19 years of affordable housing and LIHTC experience. Susan is involved in Boston Financial’s overall business activities and manages a Legal department that provides significant legal and business support to the Production, Asset Management, Capital Transactions and Fund Management teams. Immediately prior to joining Boston Financial, Susan was a partner at Holland & Knight LLP. Susan holds a JD from Boston College and a BS from Southern Connecticut State University.
