Thomas Paramore

Thomas joined Boston Financial in 2013 and has almost 20 years of real estate, affordable housing, and LIHTC experience. During his tenure at Boston Financial, Mr. Paramore has served in both investor and developer facing roles. In addition to his accomplishments in originating tax credit equity investments, Thomas has successfully led the expansion of our multifamily investment offerings, including our first third-party Preservation Equity Fund. He also serves as an Advisory Board member for our CDFI, American Community Capital. Before joining Boston Financial, Thomas was Vice President of Originations at a national syndicator, and prior to that, a Vice President of Real Estate at an investment banking firm where he specialized in structuring bond financing for affordable housing developments. Thomas holds a BS in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Alabama.
