Boston Financial Attends Grand Opening For The Orchard at Hilltop

Laura Surdel, Boston Financial’s Senior Vice President of Equity Production, was excited to join the team from Affirmed Housing Group, San Diego Todd Gloria and San Diego Councilmember Kent Lee for the grand opening of The Orchard at Hilltop, which has brought 113 affordable homes to the Chollas View community of San Diego. The Orchard also brings street and pedestrian improvements, a restaurant venue and a renewed storm water channel, creating a natural wildlife habitat.
