Boston Financial Partners with Project Destined

Congratulations to ‘Team Boston Financial’ from the Project Destined Fall 2023 Internship Program on coming in First in Rotation 2 of the affordable housing case competition. It was wonderful to host the entire team in our office last week and take them on a tour of two local affordable housing communities: Dudley Crossing (with our partner Nuestra) and Indigo Block (with our partner Dorchester Bay Economic Development).

Project Destined is a remarkable organization that provides finance, presentation, and strategy training to high school students, college students, and military veterans from communities that have been historically underrepresented in our industry. We at Boston Financial are sponsoring ten students for a virtual fall internship starting this fall in case study competitions where they will analyze local real estate deals and pitch their findings to local executives in a “Shark Tank” style competition.
