In 2020, developer BHP received the coveted Housing NOW Eagle Award for 30PRL. The Eagle Award honors the best of the best affordable housing projects in the state of Colorado. 30PRL is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, regional transit, public spaces & miles of iconic bike paths. Residents enjoy in-home washers & dryers, energy-efficient heating and air-conditioning, free wi-fi, shared rooftop spaces, public art, and landscaped courtyards. In partnership with the non-profit Ramble Collective, 30PRL also includes a unique neuro-inclusive housing and independent living program at 20 apartments for those living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as 10 apartments reserved for chronically homeless families.
