Center of Hope Apartments is the rehab and adaptive-reuse of a single, 6-story former hotel building that was transformed into 100 units of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for unhoused families. Specifically, 68 units are set aside for occupancy by chronically homeless, newly homeless, or those at risk of homelessness and 12 units are set aside for occupancy by persons with serious mental health needs. La Frontera Center offers supportive services at no cost to the residents.
