We are proud to have partnered with Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) on Gardner Terrace, an affordable housing community in Attleboro, MA. This work follows on the heels of our collaboration with POAH on Salem Heights, a 281-home affordable housing community in Salem, Massachusetts. To make this project happen, the Boston Financial team assembled a group of local banks including Rockland Trust, Eastern Bank, East Boston Savings Bank and Peoples Bank.
