Spring Flats is a metro-accessible community with 88 affordable senior independent living apartments, 87 mixed-income rental units, and 10 townhome style condos. The community transformed of once vacant space into a mix of affordable and market rate housing opportunities. Spring Flats is rich with amenities, an onsite park, public art and connectivity to the Petworth neighborhood. Our financing partnership for Spring Flats included Walker & Dunlop, HUD, JP Morgan Chase, and the District DHCD. Spring Flats is LEED Gold certified and features a contextual, contemporary and sustainable design.
