Veranda at Groveway

Veranda at Groveway is a newly-constructed apartment complex located near downtown Roswell, GA, a small city north of Atlanta. The property contains 102 units for the seniors, and was part of a public-private neighborhood redevelopment initiative. The property was awarded Federal and state LIHTC and Boston Financial provided $7.5 million of equity capital to finance this development and support the city’s revitalization efforts. These senior living apartments exist within a carefully constructed four-story building with stone siding. The green landscaping around the community with groomed shrubs and trees welcome residents and visitors alike to the building’s entrance. Residents have the convenience of the community’s parking and transportation services in addition to the outdoor common areas. There are also indoor common areas for residents to socialize and relax in, or they can choose from one of the many on- or off-site activities. The Veranda at Grove Way is also a pet-friendly community, so residents can spend their retirement days here without having to rehome their animal companions.
